I believe that everyone tried at least once to take a look under the skirt of a girl/woman inside a game. I did. Countless times in many games, mostly MMOGs.

I'm guilty of turning my head instead of turning my character back when Doom was new, and expecting the screen to turn with me. It was far from my first first-person game but for some reason Doom had that effect on me. Maybe because it was the first time one ran so smoothly.
I never tried to tilt my head to see under a skirt though. Of course I'm guilty of rotating the camera/character too, usually just to see if they put any work into the underwear or if it was just blackness. I'm only human, after all.
There actually are 3D monitors that work with specially marked games. One of the first ones I saw in person has World of Warcraft running. You turn your head and eyes and you could literally look behind and to the sides of objects without ever changing the camera. Bastards are pretty expensive though.
There are also things like TrackIR that can do those sorts of things, though usually it's used for stuff like moving a pilot's head around a game's aircraft cockpit.

Remember scanning ability in FF VIII? Every character avatar can be freely rotated on horizontal or vertical axis. Except for Selphie's, which only has horizontal axis. Now guess how I found it :3
