So let's see what the Gensokyo Touhou Unit is comprised of: a support gunner, DM, two sharpshooters, two CQB combatants (btw where IS Youmu's katanas?), a specialist(?) and an engineer(?). Seems legit.
Loli-shaped oni: Either a Mk 46 with a carrying handle added back on, or a Mk 48 with a collapsible buttstock. My bet's on the latter. Oh, and a foregrip.
\Syameimaru!/: M110 SASR with suppressor. Assuming she's using the complete system, she's rolling a Leupold scope and a Harris bipod.
Useless little bunny only good for her sex appeal: Some sort of CAR-15 pattern rifle. Judging from the fire selector markings, possibly an HK416. No idea on the optics; can't see enough of it.
PAD Chief: No idea. I don't see a hammer and the grip angle looks too wrong to be a Colt 1911 derivative; the slide is wrong for an M9; maybe a Sig Sauer P226 variant? Mounting a Surefire-brand flashlight (I'm guessing the X300 model, although it doesn't look exactly right). No idea on the knife, either. I also notice that Sakuya's got rifle mags on her, so maybe she's running ammo for Sanae?
Half-Baked Half-Ghost Girl: M1014 (AKA Benelli M4 Super 90), with a red-dot sight? Not sure of the specific make and model.
Waki Miko: Some manner of Kalashnikov pattern rifle - maybe an AK101 or 108, to keep with the NATO ammo that everyone else is using? - with a BP02 mount for the scope (no idea on the scope.). Also a flashlight - again, no idea on the make or model.
Common Senseless Youkai Hunter: My best guess is an FN SCAR-L with an EOTech holographic reflex sight. I say "best guess" because the buttstock doesn't look like the usual one on a SCAR. Looks like she's also the radio operator for the team.
Ordinary magical girl: FN SCAR-H with EGLM, an EOTech holographic reflex sight, and an EOTech ATPIAL. I don't recognize the optic she's using that leads into the EOTech holo-sight. I was thinking it was an EOTech, to keep with the other EOTech shit she's got mounted, but it doesn't look like any of their offerings. Honestly, all she's missing is a suppressor and she's got your standard tacticool rifle.
Strange. I'd expect Reisen to have the stronger optics for shooting from farther away, and as for Aya, I'd give her some sort of submachinegun and a knife and set her on assault and CQB, given her speed.
That said, why is Suika using a scope on that SAW? The carrying handle should be in the way of pretty much the entire FOV, based on this picture. With her power over density, it could prove a pretty devastating weapon: she could increase the bullet's density for greater penetration or increase the bullet swarm's density and turn it into a Lunatic-level spellcard.

That seems like the P226 Combat TB (Threaded Barrel). Same color, nearly identical design and the nearest one I can match.

Incidentally, that's pretty much how mass effects work in the game of the same name.

It's actually a Remington ACR; the fixed stock and receiver are both consistent with the weapon.
And yes, Reisen's using an HK 416. Stock is quite unique to the 416/417, IIRC.
Note the sling swivel on the M110's buttstock and and the different scope mounts between the two weapons. Also compare the shape of the upper receivers: the SR-25 has the extra ring leading up to the barrel (before the heatshield), which the M110 lacks.
Nowhere near the gun expertise that you guys have, but it looks like PAD-chou is using something that looks remarkably like the Smith & Wesson M&P 45: http://i.imgur.com/Wnrie.jpg The grooves on the slide look right and the ironsights look the same to me. The only thing that's missing is the threaded protruding barrel.
