As long as they don't kill her, then they don't have to (immediately) be killed.
That is false. They have already attacked, kidnapped and hurt an innocent human being. Even if you argue that they shouldn't be killed because they haven't done enough to deserve it yet, the truth is they are Currently imprisoning and abusing an innocent person. That means that the monsters need to be Immediately stopped Before they do any more damage to the victim. She will be saved by any means necessary. The kidnappers sealed their fate the moment they attacked her. Those monsters are already dead. It doesn't matter what they do now, they can try to fight, they can try to deal, they can surrender if they want to. They will still be punished for the life they have scarred. All they can do is change how Long they will suffer before they die....

True, but, throughout this series, it's become obvious that she's actually into that sort of thing (if you saw she did it with her brother willingly and didn't exactly become traumatized from the experience, in fact, she seemed to just acknowledge it as bad but wasn't bothered by the slightest of it, she may have only been crying because they beat her up) and the fact she allows this to happen without calling the police or notifying anyone at all (which most victims tend to do) makes it pretty clear that she doesn't truly see this as bad. If you even look at expression in this picture, she's only embarrassed that they're taking a picture of her open vag, but the type of embarrassment you'd see a shy girl would have if she was in a picture (if you've seen them in anime, at least). But don't get me wrong, they're still raping her, and ruining her life with this picture no doubt, so I won't say that they shouldn't receive some sort of punishment for their actions.

That's quite a weird thing for you to say. She isn't finding this bad because she didn't call the police? She made it pretty clear why she can't do that: getting blackmailed with the nudes they gather from the rape itself. She's already clearly traumatized, and doing it with her brother reflected that. Embarrassment can be an emotion one may express while being raped. She has, after all, been raped so many times that she'd probably be feeling dread rather than fear when about to be raped, so horror isn't exactly likely to show anymore.
