"mogu mogu" is the generic munching onomatopoeia in Japanese. It just gained resonance after a particularly prominent major character in a certain series got her head mogu mogu'd.
That said, since Audrey here is eating Patchy headfirst, this mogu mogu could be partly a reference to that one. Not clear enough to justify the tag, but...

Definitely not worthy of the tag. That would require more than just one character eating another head-first, like seeing the prey's face from inside the predator's mouth with the predator's teeth at the top and bottom of the frame.

Or the victim dangling straight-down with only the head engulfed. Bonus points if the neck is at top of frame and/or the victim's limbs are dangling rather than frantically trying to free him/herself.
That thing really looks like the plant enemy from Vorpal Rabbit game. The side image of it eating Patchouli is very similar to its player-kill animation.
