And I'm still waiting for the day I get to be informed of the existence of a serious doujinshi about Kisume. I'm starting to be certain that it'd be faster if I learned to draw one.
Liking minor characters does have its benefits though. You don't have to worry about stumbling across unpleasant portrayals about them compared to more popular characters. Partially responsible for my deep love for Kisume and Yamame.

You mean like her luring people in, ripping off their head, and sometimes using those when she looks out at someone from her bucket?

No, that's canon. And I liked it a lot.
Unpleasant portrayals... well, it depends for people but for me those are Sakuya stabbing Meiling for the pettiest things, Yukari going berserk upon hearing the word 'old', etc etc etc. They're enjoyable to an extent, but when it goes too far they simply cheapen the characters.

Somehow, during one of my doujinshi hunt, if I would remember, I encounter a short Kisume doujinshi some time ago.

I know, I'm just messing with you. And I agree with you, actually. I don't see the point of getting butt hurt over it but "jokes" like those that have long since been run into the ground - setting aside completely how funny they were or weren't in the first place - are some of my least favorite bits of Touhou fandom.
No, it's not. Touhou isn't grimdark, nobody dies in it and Kisume hasn't ever killed anyone. The worse it's ever gotten is Akyuu's typical anti-youkai propaganda about her being scary. People really need to stop taking everything literally in touhou.
