    Oh no! Two sticks?
    It's not so bad, Yamame-san.

    BlueFox

I miss Yamame in this. She always finds a way to make me smile. Just keep trying... don't give up!

    Oh Yamame you.......
So it seems Yamame found out his/her lost USB eh? Hopefully the data inside isn't corrupted

Happens to everyone plenty of times:

When you need it it is not found but when you dont need it it appears.

    HatsuneShiro

Suddenly, it popped out of nowhere.

    Moonspeaker

This tends to happen a lot, doesn't it. :-)

Reader-added tags include "Yeah, I've been there", "Murphy's Law", and "Reality is cruel".

The survey lists other oft-misplaced things:

Where could I have forgotten my...
    • Wallet?
    • Cell phone?
    • Satchel?
    • Thing somehow quite painful to me?
    • Dreams?

    AdventZero

That's why I always find something to attach to these tiny USB drives. It usually ends up being a big laminated Touhou character keychain, so it's very hard to miss.

    Murphy's law at its best.

It's most definitely in a good shape. Unlike platter-based disks, flash memory really isn't susceptible to falls. Now pulling it out when data's being read/written to it, that's another story.

    Inside a Shinkansen.

"Pulling a Yamame-san" is now my new term for ditsy behavior. :D

Wait, Murphy's law? Wouldn't have guessed they had that in Japan.

They didn't at first, but something went wrong...

Poor Yamame-san. So much stress for nothing.

I think Yamame finding her lost flash memory back after she bought a new one is still a very fortunate thing. Look at the bright side; she got more storage :D

Now, if her lost PSP is suddenly popped out to her, that'd be a different story...
