I dunno there are several situations where I could see the usefulness of a pregnant assassin.

How does that work? Considering it's shown several times that the Animus readjusts to the next decedent in the ancestry.
They pretty much threw that out the window in AC III, where we follow Haytham Kenway for a while even after Connor's conceived, despite the fact that they've established again and again that this should be impossible. Hell, the whole plot of Revelations depends on the fact that the Animus can't follow a person after his descendant has been conceived. It's the most glaring plothole I've ever seen.
