If you may not know, Miki and Takane are holding what are known as the Triple and Quadruple Bypass Burgers from the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I think they still cart you out in a wheelchair after you eat a Quadruple Bypass Burger but I am not sure.
