I like it when there's a couple'a milestones in the pokemon catching record.

Of course, it defeats the purpose of Satoshi creating a meaningful relationship with his pokemon team.

I'm interested in who will evolve among the Unova starters.

I see potential in all of them. I kinda hope Snivy never evolves. But I can see it being all lovely and elegant as a Serperior. Hard to say about Tepig. If we don't see Bianca with an Emboar, we'll probably see Ash with at least a Pignite. And while its awesomeness may be lost after evolving, I kinda want to see Oshawott reach Samurott. It's the one that seems to need to grow the most. But it may no longer be as silly, if at all...

I'm thinking Tepig will be evolving, since it seems to be following the steps of both Charmander and Chimchar. Y'know, abandoned Fire-type starter that joins Ash and grows to be super strong.
