I think Kyon who we've been following is supposed to be the original. Male Kyon has been borrowed from some other dimension, or created out of whole cloth in the process of making the universe consistent.
Kyon Smith has recounted memories that indicate that he is from the regular Haruhiverse (see post #578376). So either there are two (or more) diverging realities or Haruhi created him on the spot, (fake) memories and all, with her dubious god-powers.
He's been out of touch for a while, Shun has. He's alive, he's had a weird cough dragging on for a long time but he's alive. No, I really wonder about this cough. Even cough medicine doesn't make much difference. I'd say that sucking on throat lozenges is most effective. Well, aside from the cough, I don't have a fever or runny nose, so I'm comfortable, but when I'm on the phone, I have to apologise for going "hork hork" into it.

Thanks to you, we made it in. We made it in, but... Kyon's TSC doesn't seem like it will come out.
We've put out stuff using the formula of "highlights of what's been released on the site," but we don't have stock (?) and it doesn't seem like I can get to a good stopping place, so this time I'm trying to release an original story.
A collection of the material that was released on the site would have to have 50~70 pages in order for it to have the shape of a book. I thought why not try and put out a complete story with 20~30 pages to increase the page-count?
So, here's a sample of the first story of the book.
キョンのTea of Sagittarius Ruhuna Kyon's Tea of Sagittarius Ruhuna
A Kyonko book. This is the genuine, authentic Kyonko.
It's a Kyon (♀) series, but this is mostly Kyonko-san. It's an omake for TSB under the hypothesis "What if the one who came from an alternate world were Kyonko?" Since there's no story, the plan was just to pack in a bunch of jokes. But since I really enjoyed myself drawing this omake! And since that by itself wouldn't be enough! For the time being, from now on, I'll just draw what I can.
However, the story is really not progressing even with that attitude. I've had to put off everything and anything, being so busy recently. I think it'll be better if I just update with some fixed number of pages, even if it's not very many. If I can just get three pages done in a week, in a year's time, that's 150 pages, right? I kind of need to come up with a countermeasure here.
