It isn't, at least not in that age group, as far as I know. Hence why she specified. I don't think she's saying "now you're a lesbian, and thus a pervert", but, rather, "now you are a lesbian and now you are more perverted than before", two separate and unrelated alterations.

Pretty much any damn thing related to sex is referred to as a "perversion" in Japan. It's just a culture thing.
