Constantia Harvey (18) A Squadron Leader in the Britannian Air Force. She was attacked by Neuroi just before crossing the Strait of Dover and help up in Dunkirk. She was able to make it to Britannia with the assistance of Warrant Officer Brand, but ended up wrapped up in a new mission with no time to rest.

Anna McBein (15) A Flight Sergeant in the Britannian Air Force. Served as Tia's wingman until the flight from Europe. She was separated from Tia in Operation Dynamo and returned to Britannia before her. She's very worried that Tia hasn't returned yet.

Alstede Brand (20) A Warrant Officer in the Karlsland Air Force. She met Tia at Dunkirk and repaired her Striker Unit. Something about her seems suspicious. She has nicknames like "Frankestein" and "The Black Magician".

May Harvey (16) A Leading Airwoman in the Britannian Air Force. Tia's little sister. She happened to be serving as ground support at the base where Tia crash landed.

Hugo Dowding (58) Air Chief Marshal in the Britannian Air Force and commander of the RAF Fighter Command. Overseeing the multinational troops gathering in Britannia to counter the Neuroi's overwhelming power advantage. Opposed to the anti-Witch views of Air Vice-Marshal Trevor Maloney.
