To put this a little more coherently, while you could say honestly that if you had an opposite-gender quasi-clone of yourself you'd have sex that clone, you can't easily say that said quasi-clone would want to have sex with you.

Look at it from the other perspective: You suddenly change gender, and the original gendered version of you is coming on to you. The answer is probably going to be the same or similar answer to "are you turned on by your own self-image?"

My answer, from the perspective of the original, would be a definite yes, the swapped version is sufficiently different to be attracted to. However, the swapped perspective would be pretty grossed out ... But not so much that the swapped version wouldn't try 'straight' sex with someone else. Curiosity is pretty funny, eh?

If I wanted to make absolutely sure that the whole thing would go off perfectly, I would also research methods of altering minds, and make the clone unable to resist commands prefixed with a certain word.
I'd leave this open, rather than swapping the orientation or making the clone unable to resist sex with me, because I'm a nerd at heart, and because the prospect of having a person around me that I could say 'sudo make me a sandwich' to and get a sandwich is irresistible.
