That's not a dreamcast, it's 厄 = misfortune.

The blue one on top could be Flan's wings.

The "Dreamcast", like someone below you said, is actually the Kanji for Misfortune. This means that it's Hina rather than Yuyuko.

The Maple Leaf + that other thingy (is that a samara?) is Kanako's signature head-rope ornaments.

Indeed, that yellow one is Pyonta and the blue one on the top indeed is Flandre's wings.
