A) I think it was Lily, since in the last comic it was just Letty, Lily and their mom.
B) Lily ended up in Yuuka's room by mistake... which might not end well for Lily. But it shouldn't be surprising that Those two are nicely endowed, considering who their mother is in this (That and Yuuka's canon busty). Do remember that Lily is the oldest one.
As far as the twins? Who knows, but I think it's safe to say Letty'll bloom nicely.
I wonder if we'll find out how Their father fell in love with their mother; that should be an interesting story.
