first i thought this was a paralel world where every character was the opposite but parse is jealous here too...

The only option i have is that the artist grabbed the cannon characters/personalities, deleted it from his mind, and re-made the world.

he just wants to troll us with this Reimu...

I thought this comic was closer to the canon than most other comics.

If you want my opinion on it, go to the comic with Kaguya cleaning up.

Well, I think Kaguy is not supposed to leading the cleaning up. In Inabas of the Moon/Earth (which is canon), Reisen had a pretty bad nightmare with Kaguya cleaning up. She woke up in fear to that scene.
Also, Reimu was pretty rude to the Chireiden residents in SA...

considering how had she just got a hot spring, only to be told she has to go into some wet, dark, cold cave. and then to an almost unbearably hot place, for reasons that aren't fully explained. it's not surprising she was being rude.
