At least Rin didn't summon Hayate-chan. That'd be hax nearly on the order of summoning Simon as a Lancer. Think about it, summon Hayate (probably a Caster), and she can subsequently summon a Saber, another Caster, and a hammer-wielding Rider with a transforming mount. Get one servant, get four more free. The other masters wouldn't stand a chance.
