Looks to me like some kind of grenade or rocket launcher. Of course, the real threat is that Mini-Hakkero she's using in her left hand. Youmu is gonna get SPARKED.

She's holding her broom, but she's been known to use her broom as a magic rifle (see the fighting games), so that might explain what looks to be a trigger and hand guard attached to it.

Marisa's face looks like a man in this pic. I think it is the chin paired with the lack of eyes and a grin reserved for males who have lost their minds.

I see Marisa's broom stick is also a boom stick.
