The Pokémon Tower, the Old Chateau and the Pokémon in them may not be particularly difficult, but they're definitely creepy enough to fit on this page. Should've had one of the channelers from the tower, though....

That said, it's sort of weird to see Tubba Blubba here - I never really thought of him as particularly scary.

Phanto, on the other hand, freaked the hell out of me when I was a little kid. Scarfy and the Phanto-like mask things from the Kirby games weirded me out for similar reasons. Overall, this is an excellent collection of creepy characters.

The actual fight with Tubba Blubba wasn't anything special, but as a small child, I was freaking out at the fleeing-his-castle part. It's like - this giant, invincible monster is chasing you out of his castle, his steps shaking the whole building as he stomps after you. And then the Boos made a heroic sacrifice...
