How babies are made?
*cackle*
For a baby to be born, intercourse is required between a male and a female. In other words, they need to have sex. More specifically, the male needs to insert his penis into the woman's vagina and ejaculate. The sperm will then fertilize the egg from the woman, leading to conception, which then causes the egg to move down the Fallopian tube and embed itself in the uterine wall. Once this is complete, then a state of pregnancy has been achieved. By the way, the best period of time for the highest chance of getting pregnant would be right before or during a woman's ovulation.
...and so, after going through that entire process, a baby can be born!

It's safe to say that almost all casts in EoSD has given appropriate information about their ages. Kourin's age is vague as hell...the only clue is 'at least several decades'....like Yukari, 'at least 1200 years old'...who knows if they age much longer than we know? Eirin has been around since ancient time...& then Sakuya's age in debates.
They maybe gave some hints about themselves...or outright lied. Even Akyuu has wrote in PMiSS, anything written or documented by tengu is highly questionable.
In CoLA, Kourin stated that, thanks to living a longer life than humans, Youkais altered some historical records for their own favor (who knows if even he lied to us about HIMSELF).
Talking about unreliable narrators....
