*ahem* Got him now. Dig + Stun Seed + Violent Seed + Reviver Seed = Win.
In ANY single boss scenario, the status seeds will guarantee your win. Even if your strategy is brute force... I don't think you should try to compete with it for damage ever. =P
Also, this is "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon"...if you haven't caught on =P

Water Pulse & Flame Thrower...I won with ease.
Drakus is right, just throw a fuckton of blinding/paralyzing/Hungry seeds/Grimy food and Dialga can't barely attack anymore.
