MW2 was published by Square Enix in Japan, after all.

I myself stopped being surprised when I saw the Halo/Touhou image. (sadly deleted and I didn't save it)

Private Joseph Allen aka. Alexei Borodin would be Remilia. Marisa tricked Remilia into going on an undercover operation in order to gain the trust of Marisa's arch-enemy Reimu, but Reimu didn't fall for the bait and she killed Remilia.

Remilia would be firing tons of danmaku at hundreds of helpless faeries who can't even fire back and can only fly away, getting all free kills. The airport police would be those faeries who can fire back and the FSB would be the braver ones. And in the end incurring the wrath of the Hakurei Shrine, who put the blame on the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
