It's joke that in Japan being the chauvinistic society that it is believe that girls don't lose their virginity in lesbian sex and are still clean goods so lesbian relationships as schoolgirls is completely acceptable until they graduate and then it's time to 'mature' and start looking for a husband. Yeah Japan is like that.
