If I'm reading the artist's comments right, this is either supposed to be one of the initial designs of the Turn A or a prototype of Turn A Gundam.

Maybe but the artist mentions Turn A's mechanical designer Syd Mead.

Either way, this is a rather cool redesign.
This is one of the reason why I want a TurnA movie how the white devil destroyed all technology.

This looks more like the Windfall Turn A, if I remember.
