I did too. :O Managed to find the source, though.
This game was fun. It had a depressing ending but I thought it was fitting. (But I still cried!)

Also, the artist has a pixiv account but I can't really read Japanese so I can't tag the artist's name. (I see 'moquette' at the bottom of the main site though.)

Anyway, thanks for the translations. :)
