Well you know the story that Yuyuko and Yukari were friends before Yuyuko become queen of the dead. Two stories are Yuyuko killed her self to seal the cursed tree or was sacrificed either way she died and Yukari was heart broken. This pic maybe during the time Yuyuko was dead and when she returned. Another view can be when Yuyuko came back she did not remember her past life, so this could also be Yukari suffering with the return of her precious friend who does not remember her. Since Youmu does not have her swords I am more leaning to Yuyuko not returning yet and Yukari grieving under the cherry trees could be the one she is buried under given the size.

Those are some possible options based on the this being around the relation of Yuyuko and Yukari not necessarily canon

She slept under the Saigyou Ayakashi? That's not a good idea, even if she is a Youkai cause won't she get her life force drain away if she stay under it for too long?

The tree is supposed to be sealed and supposedly harmless thanks to Yuyuko so it is safe and at the moment its the closest she can get to her precious friend.
