Not really. I got her all the way to level 9999 and no still no breasts anywhere. I think demons and angels have their metabolism slowed by 100 while aging.
So Laharl, being 1316 years old, looks like 13; Etna, being 1473 years old, looks like 14; and Flonne, being 1512 something looks like 15, or maybe not. Who knows?
Now that I think about it, if I were right they'll have to stay three hundred years as babies. And they would have to wait over a millenium just to be able to get laid. Talk about harsh...
But there is a high chance Rozalin is different, she is the daughter of Zenon, after all. I'm not saying I'm right, but there has to be something else I'm missing. Is Laharl going to stay as a child forever? Something makes me think he won't.
Rozalin is clearly different. All other characters seem to follow a trend of appearing the age of a human roughly one hundredth their age. With Vyers being another possible exception, but he's been reincarnated.
