It does have the sound of a coin dropped on the floor.Plus it's Reimu that Tenshi is targetting,so of course she'll use Reimu's weakness, "money"

I don't understane the last panel. I thought that was Rinnosuke but someone tagged Letty so,

I don't get what she mean "Want some" and the peach. Is it suppose to be something to do with spring or her being fat?

The peach has written "Emergency Ration" on it, I can just guess Tenshi is calling Letty glutton, and indirectly fat... Or maybe that's some hidden pun on pronuntiation? I don't know.

Oh so that's Letty.I thought it was Sakuya Sensei after Panel 3.As for the "want some?" case it must be Tenshi offering a bite for Letty.
