Nope. I've seen it in a local newspaper (in Wales) and, granted, it was spelled incorrectly once, but they did note what it actually meant when they spelt it right. Full article on how 1 in 5 of 18-24 year old Welsh citizens are NEETs.

Oh, and if you must know, the reason I said what I did in the very first post is because my mind fractured slightly at the idea of a teacher who's Not in Education, Employment or Training.
