I've never really figured out a good way to translate 気持ち良さそうに寝てる. Also, I couldn't read the kanji in Meiling's line 人○全然ない, so I guessed at the meaning.

Fix as needed.

「人脈（じんみゃく）」is what you were looking for, but you got it right anyway for Meiling's line in the 2nd panel.
