Looking at the pixiv tags I was right, he's Red.

Notice the leaf like plant behind Red? Bulbasaur only has a bulb on its back, unlike Ivysaur.

'cordin' to the pixiv tags, it's a Venusaur (though the second 'letter' may be misspelled).

If you knew that, why didn't you fix the tag before/after commenting?

No matter how you look at it, it looks more like a Ivysaur than a Venusaur on the account that it doesn't have that leaf thing on its forehead. Plus Venusaur looks rather angry than that cute face there.

It's an Ivysaur. it has both the leaves of the later evolutions and it still has the spots of the earlier stages. Only Ivysaur has both.
