Killy turns down an offer to take a lift to the next level up. It seems he doesn't like to use transportation unless it is impossible to travel otherwise.

Killy should be around the size of a normal human seeing as he was made before the safeguards were created. The safeguard group was created before the events of NOiSE, which was before the netsphere started expanding, so everyone was around the same size then, which would make Killy being any other size odd.
