Looks the head of one of the annoying-as-hell necreomorphs with long arms that howl like mad and shatter into many smaller pieces (each willing to kill you) when killed.

Not Dead Space related, the aforementioned necromorph doesn't have a spinal column.

This would be especially cool if she had multiple robot bodies at her disposal.

Spine should have been designed as a kind of input device for multiple bodies which could also be used to penetrate rape victims.
