Sakuya can only control/stop time. That's why she's able to do everything in SDM everyday. The only bad thing about her power is that she can't reverse what has already happen. Well, that's what it said in the Touhou Wiki anyway. So yeah, Sucks to be Patchouli. She's gonna have to download that file all over again, unless she's fast enough and go back to the website on time. If possible, she can redownload it but it would also be at the same amount of time she had up there (3 hours and 1 minutes?) That happens to me sometimes.
