To properly understand tsundere, it is necessary (but not sufficient) to understand that she's honest in all of them. "Hate" is a bit of an exaggeration, but no more than most people using it in everyday conversation; she really does feel all of that, for all of those reasons, and probably all at the same time.

Yes, including hating him both for spoiling her and for not spoiling her (by not buying pudding). Tsundere is not about logic.

Two realizations for you

a) Lum is the first Tsundere and
b) Dr. House from House MD is a Tsundere, by any definition. Gruff and angry 90% of the time but a loyal friend for the other 10%, which pays it all off.
