Judging by the rigor mortis (colorless lips, but sill has eyebrows and eyelashes) she doesnt have much time dead. Also, the way she is floating (the chest floats while the legs don't) suggests that she is floating because of the air remaining in her lungs, and if i remember correctly, Masamune got through her stomach, leaving her lungs intact.
