I'm missing the depression out of this picture, besides Flandre breaking her dolls all the time. What is everyone elses problems? Who is saying what? Is it mostly from Flan's PoV?

The dark blue bubbles sre the characters speaking, the rest are Flan's toughts.
And her broken dolls also mean the people. She always break the people. There is no one to play with her because they are all too frail.

Actually, Flandre was born with the ability to destroy everything, that's why she became insane and ended up locked.

Yeah, apparently Marisa beating Flandre (or at leats surviving "playing" with her) was canon, so I imagine a bloodlusted Marisa saying "F*CK Spellcard rules!! You just killed my best friend!!!!" could potentially kill Flandre if the girl is still playing around while Marisa is going for the kill...

Danmaku isn't lethal. Marisa herself stated the fact that danmaku outside Gensokyo would be ridiculous, near stupid.
