This is a strange one, the hair accessories point towards the person with Hosaka being Makoto, but the dialogue points towards Maki. I imagine the artist used the wrong character design as reference, since the dialogue is unmistakably Maki.
cuz that is mako chan. I guess the artist is trying to show how far makoto has fallen. since in the anime makoto does show signs of being interested in girl stuff.
