The gun combined with that many cobwebs seems to imply suicide, although you can't see any obvious wound. Maybe she died before she could do it?

Alpha is a robot, created during the twilight of man. The gun is just one of her precious belongings. I guess she eventually lost power in this picture, and no one is left to repair her...
So moving.

All it says in Alpha tags is YKK, can someone tell me full name of the anime?
I think that she is still waiting to her owner (The gun was one of his presents for her) Is a picture of an ameteur but ihas the esence of the manga.

I always though Oji was her owner, just that Alpha never relized that he had aged, I love the characters from YKK and this realy bring the feeling of the story to life :-(

"What a Wonderful World" plays as the camera slowly pans out. Fade to a shot of the outside of the cafe, now in a state of disrepair due to years of neglect. The camera continues to pan away, then fades to black.
"...And I think to myself...
...What a wonderful world..."
