Looks like a Yugo M-92 Krinkov build, except in 5.45x39. Though only Romania and Poland ever issued steel 5.45 mags for their rifles. It's probably based off some crazy airshit build anyway.
I couldn't see the woman and guns at first they blends in so well out there in the jungle with all that camo gear, I thought this was a plant life image.
