Yeah, that was awful :(. The worst part was me not realizing it til near the end of the song and trying to share my mic with Mizuki which basically meant *neither* of us could be heard. But, yeah, that was really par for the course for AB's karaoke.
If it wasn't one problem, it was another in the karaoke room. It would have been nice if they let UK and Mizuki-san try again after they got the mic working, but that would have been the right thing to do, which meant the AB staff was incapable of doing it. Hopefully next time around, Mizuki-san will both get a chance to learn the song before-hand, and not have to face any kind of technical problems when it comes time to sing.
Well, that's life. Sigh, I wanna go Karaoke again.(lol)
Pixiv tag for this one includes "The staffs are doing prostration champion afterwards" and "It's quite rare to happen so often, Kogasa-san".
The poll focused on battery:
The personal top 5 things that you would be in trouble if their batteries died. • Laptop • Cellphone • iPod • Single Lens Reflex Camera • Your Personal Stamina
Well, as far as the poll goes, I'd be most worried about my cellphone. My stamina battery is almost always running on low, I don't have an iPod or a camera, and I never use my laptop anywhere that doesn't have an outlet, so phone is the only one left. Of course, as I learned at the last con I went to, doesn't matter if the battery is charged or not if you accidentally leave it behind in the dealer's room.
Karaoke Room.Ready, Kogasa-san?Go ahead!!Excuse me! The mic's battery died!!Wh-...what the?There's no sound...?Come on, hurry!The song's still continuing.
