It's not bra-ban!, someone just shopped this pic to look like on of the characters from it, in post #175153. Unless that is the original? But this one is older.

Upload date doesn't necessarily indicate age.

Her name is Sumi Mikage

This is clearly Yuki. The other image, linked a couple of posts above, is a bra-ban that is exactly the same **bar colouring**. I don't know whether someone shopped it or whether the artist made two alternate versions but this is clearly Yuki based on the uniform.

Fix the tags. She is not Nagato Yuki.

You could say that Sumi is cosplaying as Nagato but that color was not in the game.
