Doesn't really look like any of the actual AK's. Either an AK-clone
or just customized beyond recognition.
Its the style that the Russians are using in-game. Unless someone can ID the handguard with rails that are covered, the rail on top of the receiver, telescopic stock and the new magazine. Plus, I didnt note the AK74-like flash suppressor thing in the game version.

The muzzle break is on the in-game model too, it's just hard to see unless you look closely.
I can't help but wonder whether the people who keep slapping M4 collapsible stocks on AK pattern rifles (and pretty much everything else) will ever find out that the whole design of the stock basically revolves around the buffer tube... and that the AK doesn't have one.
It's like riding a wheelchair even though you're perfectly healthy because Professor X had one and you think he's cool.
Yeah, well, I can't really decide between the wobble and the awful cheek weld.
It's one of the worst adjustable stocks in existence (HK gets the credit for the worst one EVER), but people keep slapping it on everything because it looks familiar. Even the lever-actions and shotguns now, and these don't even have the stock in-line with the barrel axis. Jesus, an angled M4 collapsible stock, the sheer amount of WHY should be enough to rip a hole in the matter of time and space.

4 months agoThat AK looks too modernized to be the iconic AK-47. Any idea on what model it is?
