OOOHh. I was wondering what the first ever post on here would be like. And I was sure that I would recognize the source, and I was right.

I was expecting a touhou or K-on! image as well, seeing as how the tags practically dominate Danbooru today, much to my displeasure.

I first wondered what date is the first picture after seeing a 5 year old photo. Eventually came here after searching through the dates via filter bit by bit.

This is where all those bliss started. Only the truly faithful (or bored shitless) partake on this journey, and in the end Tama-nee eased their heartaches.

Is it just me, or does this seem like a fairly suitable beginning for danbooru?

*Creeps over horizon* So this is where it all started... I can see it. The power of such magnificent picture that started Danbooru... I guess, the journey towards the beginning wasn't fruitless after all... *cough* Let's continue forward then. Onwards, towards future, Danbooru!

I'm getting the same feeling as when I've reached an important or hidden local in an online game, like the Eve Gate, or the (now defunct) Northshire Waterfall.

So...this is where I go when I fly a warp star through a warp pipe, while playing a warp flute.

One day I figured I would just type in /post/show/1 at the end of the Danbooru URL.

Well, not dirty per say, more like sophisticated in the explicit. It doesn't accept every dirty thing.
