Pool: Touhou - Tatara Kogasa - Surprise!
When Tatara Kogasa actually manages to surprise someone, or at the very least, catches them way off guard.
Whether or not the target of her actions is reacting like that to make Kogasa feel better is debatable.
Notice: Nipping the problem now: if Kogasa does something that doesn't surprise anyone else but us through the 4th wall, it does not count. The only real exception is if it's an extreme shock, like the third image in the pool (post #475795).
