"Shotas" according to the artist's definition, not ours. These terms are used more broadly in other places. They may allow for a wider age range (works with characters in their early- to mid-teens are sometimes called "low lolicon" or "low shotacon") and include SFW material (which is why some posts here get mistagged with rating:g loli or rating:g shota; the uploaders have not learned how we use it here yet).

No, to all of those by danbooru's standards.
As for what I meant... is going to be a bit complicated.
Venti is drawn by most artist with a shota like appearance. So that's what you're seeing. However, Danbooru has a more strict definition of the term. The young boy (who appears to be under 13) must be sexual in depiction. Teens can be considered shota, but not by danbooru standards. "sigh" Same goes for lolis! And yes, I do consider it a fault of danbooru has because to me ... this should 100 % be considered shota

However, it is my experience nobody outside of danbooru even uses the tag/definition. Which is another fault of the booru system because if you wanted to search for say sfw young boys vs nsfw boys or just something like Teen Gohan vs Young Gohan ... there's absolutely no way to really do so.
Because of this strict definition that nobody outside of the booru uses.
