I don't see anything wrong with either of these. I've also noticed that the other more recent posts from the artist of the second post are much more low quality than post #2745601, but despite that are fine because they bypassed the mod queue.

Then put them through the mod queue by flagging them.
We judge posts on their own merit, not others. If you think a post has unfairly bypassed the queue then you are always welcome to put it through review -- see what happens.
