Thing is, I'm only on Safebooru, and I doubt I can transfer all my settings and favorites to Danbooru's main site just like that. I sometimes visit the main site, in which case I simply use my Safebooru account to report stuff I've seen. But I digress.

Howto:rate lists the requirements for each rating. There are borderline cases, but exposed nipples are always at least questionable.
E: looks I misunderstood the purpose of the question. If something as obvious as this happens then just change the rating.

Its borderline due tho the covered nipples but they arent particularly prominent. I do think it falls in the safe category.
You should be able to see those images (though you may not want to). Check your blacklist to see if it has guro on it.
