How to romanize _ęåå? I called the artist satoshi_beep for now since it looks like a mix of japanese and chinese to me.

What little text and tags she's provided on Pixiv appear to be entirely Chinese (also her homepage is on qq.com), so although she claims to live in Tokyo, I think it's fair to assume she's a Chinese artist. Knowing that I'd just romanize the entire thing as if it were Chinese, which (via Google Translate's pronunciation guide) would provide "MĒn BƬ BƬ", or for our purposes min_bi_bi.
