The first one has a kinda western feel, which might be why. The second one, I like the bounce animation but the mouth transition is pretty shoddy. That said, if it were me I'd approve it solely based on that bounce. It is beautiful.
Do I have to be Bibs to be able to upload old scans?

Pretty much ALL OF THEM were deleted immediately by the same amount moderators(if I'm not mistaken) like it was a anti-spam delete(because I was uploading many arts in 3 days or something). Like I can accept the first two ones because they may not be really "good" arts to be there, but the third one and childrens were actually pretty good ones and I've seen so many arts like these(even worse ones) in this website that got accepted when THEY WERE TERRIBLE TAGGED.
Fourth one I can accept as well even if there were A LOT of arts like these, but the last one is actually stupid. Everything else from this artist(his arts are basically the same thing but different characters) got accepted but this one not? What the heck.
Can I get the feedback on this? I want to focus on what I did wrong and don't do the same mistake again.

1. They weren’t explicitly deleted. They were simply not approved. See about:mod_queue.
2. Three days isn’t “immediately” and it’s our usual time frame for pending posts.
3. Usually roughly the same amount of approvers bother to click the “no interest” button; some approvers don’t bother with that even though they saw the post. About 10 approvers not liking your post usually means that pretty much every active approver has seen your post and nobody liked it.
4. The amount you can upload has a limit that’s visible in your profile, preventing spam floods. There are no “anti-spam deletes” unless someone uploads something blatantly off-topic, such as advertisements or selfies. “Unapproved in three days” means it definitely wasn’t an anti-spam delete. See points 1 and 2.

Sorry, can’t help you with those because they’ve got some tags I’ve got blacklisted. Maybe someone else will comment on them. A note about the fourth one: “other posts of this level were approved” is not a reason for approval. Maybe it’s just below the approval threshold and similar posts were just above it. Also, if you find other mediocre art, instead of uploading similarly mediocre art, you should flag the other stuff for review.

Poor line weight and shading are the first things that come to mind.

Before becoming a builder, i had a lot of problems getting tomu_(tomubobu):http://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=tomu_%28tomubobu%29 images approved as well.
There are a significant amount of moderators that seem to think that his work is of poor quality because it looks like he's making it in MS Paint.
I've always been in the mindset that his work is amazingly detailed and better staged and proportioned than even some of our most popular artists on this site, DESPITE the medium. Which is why i kept trying to post the stuff.
post #2766866 is just as good as his other work and it would be nice to see it restored.
tomu_(tomubobu)'s stuff just feels like the same thing over and over but with different characters each time. I guess they got bored of looking at his work and just skip over them, not to mention that the artist applies loli proportions to characters that are definitely not prepubescent-looking in the source material.

Although, the censored version was approved, however the uncensored ones were eliminated.
Why were publications was eliminated? I mean, it's the complete version.
